Weird people - Quality Inspector and Medical Component Inspector CoorsTek Employee Review

Laid off when slow. Laid off as punishment. Laid off 7 days before two big bonuses. Can't take time off unless you ask ahead of time, which makes you go to work when you don't have any business being there that day. Training sucks. Reverse sexism. Woke culture. Roving patrols and officers for sexual harassment but only pertaining to man on woman harassment. Women get a free pass to ask you out to date even when they know you are not single. Training sucks......they take a complex machine and mess up the controls and tell you to fix it and call it Training. Medical device dept. is fanatical even when you give them quality data that isn't what they want to hear. The plant only makes about 27 percent good parts.....the rest is scrap.
