Pros

-Decent pay for a salaried position -Flexible with shift (to an extent)

Cons

-Resources are minimal, Compared to CoorsTek plants outside the US plants are run with the MINIMMUM amount of people possible. Very lean. Team leads, department leads and supervisors are expected to wear multiple hats and do multiple jobs. -High turnover rate (~20-25%+) per year of direct staff a little less for Indirect -Poor pay for non-management rolls -Boys Club for those close to the management team (Paid lunches, extra time off, quicker promotions, etc.) -Horrible planning for employee's going on leave and succession planning -Corporate and Management have constant changing asks which have low to zero value add to the US plants.

Pros

Great company to work for, awesome coworkers.

Cons

No genuine cons to list. Training on first shift is rough for those who are used to nights, but thats not really a con.
