Pros

Supervisors care about keeping you and are supportive. It is a very easy job and clients are very easy to work with.

Cons

The turnover rate is so high that they sometimes depend on relief staff that are not reliable. If no one is there to relieve you, then you are stuck at work if you work at a home where there is a 1 on 1 client. I once had to do a 16 hour shift unprepared thinking I would only do an 8 hour shift and no you can't sleep on shift since it would be considered neglect.

I’ve had a consistently great experience with this organization. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people they serve. Everything is handled efficiently, and there’s a clear commitment to quality and integrity. It’s refreshing to see an organization that follows through on what they promise.

Pros

Boeing site is a unique opportunity to do something truly interesting and get acquainted or reacquainted with workplace norms, in a unique manufacturing setting that you might not otherwise ever encounter. A good way to work on yourself if you're willing to be humble and adaptable.

Cons

There are limits to how much COPA WAT can serve as a career bridge. Most activities will eventually bore you to tears (figure of speech, usually) if you're more high-functioning, and the trainings can feel infantilizing.
