Pros

Somewhat flexible with your schedule, good teams.

Cons

Management does not care about their clients or employees. I have seen management absolutely throw people under the bus for their own mistakes. They only care about units ($$), every single meeting is filled with how we are losing money, none of it actually concerns helping the member. If you are not a favorite, management will blatantly disregard your concerns. Unfair pay, benefits are not great. I spent my entire time there raising my concerns to the appropriate people with no follow up. Management does not care about anyone but themselves. Case managers are consistently put in potentially unsafe situations mandated by management. Multiple violations occur at the hands of management, yet they will get mad when you go to HR.

Pros

I’ve had a consistently great experience with this organization. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people they serve. Everything is handled efficiently, and there’s a clear commitment to quality and integrity. It’s refreshing to see an organization that follows through on what they promise.

Pros

Boeing site is a unique opportunity to do something truly interesting and get acquainted or reacquainted with workplace norms, in a unique manufacturing setting that you might not otherwise ever encounter. A good way to work on yourself if you're willing to be humble and adaptable.

Cons

There are limits to how much COPA WAT can serve as a career bridge. Most activities will eventually bore you to tears (figure of speech, usually) if you're more high-functioning, and the trainings can feel infantilizing.
