Pros

Work mon-fri when on mornings but only mon-thurs when on nights or afternoons (avg 35 hr week). Mgmt and supervision not overbearing. Sometimes opportunities to do a lot of overtime, paid at time and a half.

Cons

Loud and sometimes stuffy working environment, can be very draining. CCTV monitoring of staff.

As a whole, the company and leadership values the work-life balance. I have heard multiple leadership roles say family first. They also show how the company will treat all employees like family and take care of them.

Cons

Schedules and plans for upcoming projects change almost daily. I feel, the personnel that will be involved later do not get included in the up front discussions or improvements that could be a huge factor in everyday operations.
