As a whole, the company and leadership values the work-life balance. I have heard multiple leadership roles say family first. They also show how the company will treat all employees like family and take care of them.

Schedules and plans for upcoming projects change almost daily. I feel, the personnel that will be involved later do not get included in the up front discussions or improvements that could be a huge factor in everyday operations.
