Pros

- Great flexibility with scheduling of hours. You make your own schedule and can work from 16-40 hours a week. - Hitting certain production and quality benchmarks gives you small raises (although the old production based system was far more incentivizing and productive).

Cons

- Ridiculous break policy requires that you take full 30 minute break each time time you get up, before being allowed to log back in....meaning if you use the bathroom just twice, that adds an entire hour to your shift that you must finish. - Pay structure is disincentivizing. Scribes (and especially QA's) are undervalued and underpaid, compared to other transcription industry positions.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're happy to hear that you at least enjoyed our unparalled scheduling flexibility and we would like to discuss your complaints about the break policy and compensation model. We're sorry that these issues have left you with a negative view of working with us and that you feel that you cannot recommend us. Every member of management has the ability to make exceptions on the break policy at their discretion and within reason, although we do encourage that you plan your time wisely and take 30 minute breaks when necessary. Our pay model is competitive for each office's location, especially since everyone has the option to make up to $13/hour by hitting the Enhanced Pay metrics.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, relaxed work environment (no dress code), competitive pay scale depending on your skill and progression

Cons

General scribe work is extremely monotonous and repetitive. Most jobs cover the same exact topics (stocks, insurance, retirement, etc.)

Pros

Casual dress code and atmosphere. The job itself was ok.

Cons

Zero integrity. Do not care about (most of) the employees. Unprofessional and unfair (there is a clearly established pecking order and favoritism.) Rather than being awarded for your service and loyalty as time goes by, your benefits get taken away.
