Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed our unparalleled scheduling flexibility, competitive pay model, and relaxed atmosphere. We are, however, sorry that you found the job itself boring, strenuous, and ultimately wouldn't recommend the job to others. We allow for and encourage taking 30-minute breaks as needed and we have a variety of equipment options now to help mitigate any bodily discomfort while typing. Each office has begun holding regular activities and events to counteract the monotony and lack of interaction that comes standard with production-based jobs.

Very flexible schedule, relaxed work environment (no dress code), competitive pay scale depending on your skill and progression

Cons

General scribe work is extremely monotonous and repetitive. Most jobs cover the same exact topics (stocks, insurance, retirement, etc.)

Pros

Casual dress code and atmosphere. The job itself was ok.

Cons

Zero integrity. Do not care about (most of) the employees. Unprofessional and unfair (there is a clearly established pecking order and favoritism.) Rather than being awarded for your service and loyalty as time goes by, your benefits get taken away.
