Let's talk about the pay misunderstanding. We do indeed encourage employees to start making macros right away while they're new and unproductive. Even without creating macros in the beginning, no one starts out making above the base rate of pay right away. If you are logged in and making macros during review jobs, as encouraged, your pay is at the base rate (and not halved). If you are not logged in and working, you are not paid at all. While production metrics have to be met to earn Enhanced Pay, it is not impossible. Many employees start making Enhanced Pay within their first few months.
