Pros

Schedule flexibility, 16 hours is all you have to work, management flexible when comes to reschedule and during exam week

Cons

Log out for over 2 minutes and boom cannot log in for 30 minutes. No real advancement potential. Boring repetitive work. If your fingers aren't moving, you basically are not getting paid. There is no down-time when you are working.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We love that you enjoyed our unparalleled scheduling flexibility during your time working with us, but we're also sorry to see that you left with a negative view of the job. Let's discuss the issues you raised. Break policy: Every manager is allowed to use discretion on making exceptions with the break policy, within reason of course. With the aforementioned flexible scheduling comes the ability to add breaks to your schedule as needed, providing everyone the opportunity for downtime. Advancement opportunities: Everyone who works for Copytalk Business Services started out as entry-level scribes. Anytime there is an opening for a QA, we give that position to a current scribe. When an opening comes available for a keyholder or an Operations Supervisor, we offer those positions to our QAs. And then Pay: Our hourly pay rate is competitive for the location of each office. You can make up to $13/hour by hitting production-based metrics. We also offer referral bonuses, where you can get an extra $50 on your paycheck for any new hire that cites you as their referral source.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, relaxed work environment (no dress code), competitive pay scale depending on your skill and progression

Cons

General scribe work is extremely monotonous and repetitive. Most jobs cover the same exact topics (stocks, insurance, retirement, etc.)

Pros

Casual dress code and atmosphere. The job itself was ok.

Cons

Zero integrity. Do not care about (most of) the employees. Unprofessional and unfair (there is a clearly established pecking order and favoritism.) Rather than being awarded for your service and loyalty as time goes by, your benefits get taken away.
