      Sales management at a national level is awesome. Great vision for transitioning from a managed care vendor to a full-fledged TPA. Great marketing support.

      Cons

      Local office management was lacking in skills and experience on the claims side. Commission structure could have been better.

      Management is good to work with, coworkers are really helpful, especially when your first newcomer everyone wants to see you succeed in your position. Pay his average..

      Cons

      Working for a TPA, is not the easiest. Each client that you work with has special service instructions to follow training is pretty much based on your level of experience and ability to adapt quickly to the new position to learn the claim system and requirements as quickly as you can there is no formal training.
