Pros

I've learned so much from working here, this job has stretched my patience, allowed me to accept and adjust to changes on a weekly or daily change, allowed me to be challenge and learn how to solve problems in different ways, learn how to speak with all different types of personalities and attitudes

Cons

The job is extremely challenging, probably more than most people can handle; stress level is extremely high and pay does not compensate for it. However, even with a good pay, I'm not sure if it would be worth the stress.
