Management does not appreciate the work the nurses do, want you to work a schedule that can be any time from early am to late evening. And oncall 6 days a month on top of it. Your work schedule controls your life. Micromanaged and yet poorly run in nursing department. Office staff gets perks like free lunches while the nurses are putting on 500+ miles every week taking care of patients with no perks or appreciation. Not a job if you want to have an outside life There is little to no communication in the office or any communication with upper management.
