Customer service is very slow. Customers want benefits turned ASAP. Don’t expect that here. It can sometimes take hours even a full day to get benefits back. Both infusion and enteral operation is a complete mess. Manager never answers the phone and has no real sales experience so I get little to no or complete unrealistic guidance. There’s poor communication between the pharmacist I work with. I actually feel embarrassed with how poor the turn around is. It makes it really hard to compete with the other infusion companies.
