Local branch culture is/was a completely top down negative culture - RN Liaison Coram Employee Review

Portland branch has/had many conflicts in 2018. My experience began with a supportive team prior to 2018 but with a change in management, transitioned into a hostile work environment. Favoritism in the workplace is when a person (usually a manager) demonstrates preferential treatment to one person over all of the other employees for reasons unrelated to performance. Many nursing staff, pharmacy staff and office staff moved on.
