The people within my local branch were great and were like family. Made work tolerable. Decent education assistantance. 401K Match Would return under different leadership/different role.
Cons
Absolutely no leadership. Leaders at the local branch level have their hands tied. You can show proof you are tops of your position in the company and local leaders cannot help with compensation and to regional managers/corporate you are just a number despite exceeding expectations yearly. Job is high-stress and policy driven. Policies are not written by those who have spent even 5 minutes doing the job. Zero resources for support in any facet. Company outlook is bleak at best. Turnover high. Company states they care about retention. They don't. Recently obtained nursing degree with many years of pharmacy experience and they were not interested in retaining due to lack of nursing experience.
