Business Outlook
Pros
Most people are very nice and helpful. They have a huddle every morning which is nice to see your fellow employees and get updates about the company. The company as a whole has a very good vision for the future, they are always looking to improve the company and are on top of technology. The offices are very nice.
Cons
Upper management is all about the clique, and unless your on the snobby side you will never fit in. There is no feedback of any kind - good or bad. Communication is highly lacking, you don't know where you stand. Your not encouraged to use your own mind, all ideas need to come from the Executive Leadership Team and you must conform to them.
