Pros
As a somewhat newer member to the Corbins team, I would have to say they practice what they preach. Since day 1 I have felt empowered and able to speak to who ever I needed to in order to share an idea or process where the outcome would benefit the organization as a whole. There are regular trials we deal with as a team (it's not always roses and sunshine) but the focus is put on the problem and the outcome is a learning experience rather than something that is used to belittle or down grade a teammate. We are a family. We stick together and support one another. In fact, I've recommended multiple people to this company and I will continue to do so.
Cons
Outdated furniture in some of the office rooms. Loud lunch/break areas on occasion.
