Pros
I have had the opportunity to work in various career fields. Field ranging from public safety, education, customer service, and sales. Each of these jobs brought benefits to me personally, financially, and some brought a sense of belonging. I joined the Corbins Pride a couple of years ago and from day one I could feel that this job was going to be different. As with all of my previous employers, I found was Corbins wasn't perfect. The people weren't perfect. The work performed wasn't perfect. The difference that I did notice working here was that people were doing their best. They were working together to find ways to improve. Employees were constantly striving to be better, on a personal level and as a member of a team. I found that this was one aspect that really sets us apart, we are in constant pursuit of doing our best today, with the expectation that we will find a way to do better tomorrow.
Cons
I would like to see an increase in the benefits package. There may be some opportunity for improvement there.
