Pros
The atmosphere is great! The employees that work here are nice people who have a mutual respect for one another. Any employee I’ve interacted with would stop what they’re doing if I needed help with something and I would do the same for them. Everyone inside the Phoenix office gets along and even if some people don’t you’d never know it. Our leadership team goes out of their way to make our work environment enjoyable and comfortable. We have a fully loaded gym and a mini airport cafe in the breakroom with a $1,000 espresso machine and ice machine. People occasionally play ping pong on their breaks and we have company potlucks on holidays. They buy groceries for us every week, and stock the kitchen with fruits, milk, coffee, tea and hot chocolate! Talk about spoiled... My boss is so good to me, She’s taken our team out on quarterly lunches to nice restaurants and not to mention she is so understanding if I ever need to take time off. The partners of the company have been down to earth and have treated me with respect.
Cons
The only con I would say is sometimes the company doesn’t communicate with us enough and that leaves room for people to speculate and spread rumors of what they think is going on behind the scenes
