This company started as an honest, caring, respectable company (Corbin's Electric) before it was purchased and turned into Corbins. Their employee pay has always been at the bottom of the local pay range, and their benefits have gotten worse year after year. Their used to be a $3 health plan option, because the company cared for its employees. Now, each year benefits get worse and deductibles and payments increase. The number one value in this company is to be loyal to the culture, which is toxic, over loyalty to your self your family and your own health.
