Pros
Great benefits, competitive pay, solid work experience. Stepping stone company to the next job opportunity.
Cons
Working for this company is like being in high school all over again. There are the in crowds and if you aren't part of the in crowd, forget job advancement opportunities. If you are not liked for any reason then your experience at this company will be very trying and difficult. Your team and the team management will spend there time trying to force you out and making your time and the company miserable. You will be tasked with jobs that are insulting and belittling. All your effort and hard work will not be appreciated and will be overshadowed by extremely minor mistakes. Certain members of the management team will belittle you in front of outside vendors and forget trying to defend yourself, because it will be your fault that you were embarrassed and insulted in front of outside members. Make sure that you document every interaction with management with a follow-up email regarding the conversation that you just had with them. Management on certain teams are very disrespectful, talk down to you on a regular basis, make you feel incompetent, and etc. Make sure that you discuss any concerns that management may have with your work before your review or you WILL BE surprised by a very concerning review. Management doesn't discuss any concerns with you or give you an opportunity for improvement before your reviews. Also, forget working with the HR department, everything about that department is terrible, a monkey could do their jobs better. HR is there to protect the company, not the employees rights, so you can go to them with a concern and there will be back lash on you. Overall the company as a whole is good to work for, but is extremely over shadowed by poor management selection and actions.
