Health insurance, PTO, and 401k benefits are hard to beat.

Cons

HR is a joke. So many complaints on textbook retaliation scenarios and nothing has changed. HR doesn’t actually investigate real concerning matters and will just believe the upper management’s side. Management doesn’t come through with promises and is more concerned with department budget and keeping it secretive.
