The primary reason are my co-workers and the knowledge that we have to watch our own backs because management doesn't.

Cons

Management, and the lack of anyone with a vision other then that of their own resume and bank account.

Amazingly friendly coworkers, great tech stack and opportunities to learn. SWEs have the opportunity to wear a lot of hats.

Cons

Management had some issues from what I heard, but I was always too busy developing and improving great products. It was a tough market with the ever-shrinking stock photography market, which was likely the reason for it's demise. If the developers working at Corbis had a more relevant market fit, the company would have soared.
