1: Close to Collins, which has a nice tap selection. 2: They paid me money. 3: Lots of empty desk space.

Cons

No direction, most projects are never finished/deployed. CEO is clueless. Layoffs are common. Too many more to list but I"m sure you get the point.

Amazingly friendly coworkers, great tech stack and opportunities to learn. SWEs have the opportunity to wear a lot of hats.

Cons

Management had some issues from what I heard, but I was always too busy developing and improving great products. It was a tough market with the ever-shrinking stock photography market, which was likely the reason for it's demise. If the developers working at Corbis had a more relevant market fit, the company would have soared.
