Pros
It is a decent place for entry-level employees to gain skills. Plan to move somewhere better after a couple of years though, because there's no potential for career advancement.
Cons
Unsafe working conditions. Laboratory equipment is outdated and is not maintained. The office space is a noisy, over crowded cube farm. There's no where to park if you arrive after 7:30 AM. No work/life balance at all. Training program is a mess and a waste of time. No career potential.
