Morale is at the lowest I’ve ever seen. People are expected to work overtime and some employees are even forced to take shift so someone is on site 24/7. People are quitting at incredibly high rates due to the stress and it seems like they can’t hire fast enough to replace them so extra work falls on whoever is left. Management is unsupportive and requires certain skills before we can be promoted, but don’t give us the opportunity to develop those skills because company needs are elsewhere. And we are compensated less than other pharma companies in the area.
