Pros
Good company with great intentions. Great learning opportunity. The site technology is old with baby steps towards improvement. Managers seem to really care about their staff.
Cons
Turnover remains high with critical “points of failure” for multiple areas and departments. Parent company operations do negatively impact sites’ ability to do work. Policies and procedures need to be strengthened as well as technology integration. Equipment and systems need updating and critical roles backfilled to ensure consistent operations.
