Beware massive safety issues, terrible management communication - Anonymous employee CordenPharma Employee Review

The place is a death trap. Safety standards were questionable when I started and are slipping. Massive steam condensate leaks on walking paths, the roofs leak (sometimes water and sometimes solvent), management is aware and just doesn't seem to care. Money is the bottom line and communication is almost non-existent. Employees are often told different things depending on the day. SOP's are often outdated and useless and lab practices are often questionable.
