Terrible HR department - QC Department CordenPharma Employee Review

Everyone has their own interruptions of what GMP is. Zero training. Documentation is terrible. Fixing stuff from over 2 years ago. Promise the client stuff we could not deliver -then calculations were incorrect. Over worked employees- no reason one person works 17 hours and the next works 4. No transparency with clients QA would point fingers and “have something against” other departments instead of help ensure SOPs were followed. HR gets a 1/10 if I were to rate them. Unable to work with its employees when HR/payroll mess up on paying the employees. I have never worked in Such a toxic work environment. Will never recommend
