Pros
Provides good products in meaningful category; still some really smart talented people there; good concern for patients and quality of products; access to J&J opportunities and benefits;
Cons
Sr mgt not concerned with doing right thing for employees; all about bottom line; lost 90% of its best talent and thinks they can replace with cheaper labor. Haven't launched any real new products in many years and pipeline not really innovative. Pressure from sr mgt now has people just saying what mgt wants to hear and pressuring those of us to work harder and more hours than ever. Not sustainable. New mgt seems to have "favorites" and only listens to those people.
