      Pros

      I have been with Core BTS for about 4+ years. I started with while going to college as an intern, worked hard, and was offered a full time position after graduation. Core BTS provides wonderful opportunities and always looking to grow their employees. If you put in the work, you can go from intern to lead engineer in no time!

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
