      Pros

      Lots of changes happened while I was at Core. Mostly better. Sad to leave but they handled the COVID crisis really well. They told us what was happeneing why it was plus how it affected us. New executives actually care about employees at all levels not just management. Happy to see this.

      Cons

      Benefits used to be bad human resource team made them much better putting us on anthem. United healthcare was bad. Anthem is much better. Good seeing many changes happen with executives no more in club to worry about.

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
