Core BTS has a good portfolio to offer its clients, has talented engineering staff and for the most part, dedicated employees that want to see the company succeed. Work/life balance can be good if you take control of it. High Partner levels with EMC, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft and Citrix. Majority of staff are willing to help fellow teammates succeed and ensure customer satisfaction.
Cons
Unfortunately, the culture and Executive Leadership don't deliver the requirements needed to be successful in a competitive market that requires customer attention/loyalty, strong management vision from the top and a solid basis of business professionalism to create and maintain a good reputation in the market and with its employees. No corporate vision and lack of accountability hampers the organization to grow and be the VAR it could be.
