      Pros

      Previous leadership had the company going in the right direction and it was a great place to work for.

      Cons

      All new leadership does not care about about loyalty. Very little empathy and career advancement at this organization. Beware and do your homework before you want to work for this organization.

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
