Flexible work from home model; decent benefits; unlimited PTO;
Cons
Sales are down the tank - they acquired 5-6 companies in like a 3 year span while trying to offer every platform out there. They expanded too big, too fast and now sales are plummeting, and they have had several rounds of layoffs since spring 2023. They brought in a whole new level of c-suite, who can't seem to figure out up from down. It's very frustrating. I am so glad that I got out of the company when I did.

Amazing HR and Talent Team
The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.
Cons
Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
