      Pros

      Unlimited Paid Time Off, is really and allows for work-life balance.

      Cons

      Core is a good company overall, however there may be too much interest in acquiring and merging with similar organizations. This led to constant change, instability with Project Clients, massive cuts and layoffs.

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
