      Pros

      - Leadership is generally accessible - Coworkers are friendly, and everyone is willing to learn and improve - Great work/life balance with the PTO (no questions asked approvals most of the time, just give them enough time for planning) - Decent annual training budget

      - Compensation is lacking behind market - The benefits are ok, but could be better

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
