Pros
The people are honestly the best part of CDM. Everyone is so down to earth, super friendly and inviting. You will build great relationships with people and not just the ones on your team. The company is really trying to keep everyone engaged through the pandemic - being remote has its challenges. The HR team is pretty cool and the CEO makes an effort to connect to the entire org. Benefits are great and unlimited PTO. That doesn’t happen often so feeling pretty lucky to be with CDM!
Cons
The only thing I can think of would be to improve 401k match.
