      Great culture, excellent management, nice office in playa Vista, knowledgeable co-workers, and good work life balance

      It can take awhile to move up as the senior managers have been around for years.

      -office great amenities -smart coworkers -modern tech stack -great wlb -extremely good severance package

      Cons

      -around q2 2025 the atmosphere felt stale, upper management was ghosting us and seemed like no exciting projects in pipeline -turns out the plan was to cut the entire company, due to overlap from redfin acquisition -shitty turn of events but it is what it is, severance is the best ive seen so at least Varun was considerate
