Pros
The salaries and bonuses are decent, but they get their money's worth. There is a reason that most people leave between 12-24 months despite good pay. Everyone is very nice, and the offices are beautiful. Location is great.
Cons
Especially in sales, there is a very high customer attrition rate with customers and considering the product isn't necessarily amazing, it can be hard to maintain a positive attitude. Lots of solid players on the team have been chased out as the market has dried up and product quality deteriorated. Overall, the company is a very well designed money making machine.
