      Pros

      Money, while it lasts.

      Cons

      Horrible management. I saw a new driver manager, complete with their whole new way of doing things, every 6 months in Bakersfield division. They put you in danger with where you must park at times, and don’t care. Bring a problem to their attention, and they start looking for a way to get rid of you instead of fixing the problems.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
