Pros

Independent driving where no one bothers you as long as you do your job.

Cons

The union is not effective and should be removed from trans. Drivers will get jealous of you if they find out you are making more than them. Management lies a lot. Lifespan of a manager, president and supervisor is 3 years. They lead through fear and intimidation instead of by example of how to do the job right. Watch out for some drivers that are only looking to find out what you are making by asking you how many hours you worked. Be aware of everyone; you never know who's who in there; since everyone is a two face.

Pros

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Cons

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

Cons

Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
