      Transportation Department just became restructured new management,they seems to be trying to stand behind the drivers to become a better department

      Cons

      Underpaid losing a lot of out-of-town routes coming all local compensation to drivers her to work would be more appreciated Losing a lot of out-of-town routes coming all local compensation to drivers her to work would be more appreciated Bonuses to the drivers for their hard work would be more applicable to the hard work that they do.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
