Pros

Small Finance/accounting team helps know each other well and make good relationship between employees

Cons

Extreme Favoritism. Subordinates are heard saying "make sense" to everything their managers say to please them. Promotion and opportunities are given to one who say "make sense" and do things to please managers. Capable people don't last longer.

Pros

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Cons

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

Cons

Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
