Pros

The only pro that I can think of is a relatively decent wage and benefits for union employees that have been employed for over 6 years.

Cons

There are way too many to list so I'll outline the worst. The fish rots from the head is a relevant proverb to describe the company and it's culture. Management is completely incompetent. Only the most incompetent get "promoted" (the only prerequisite is to kiss butt and hate the union). Those who work hard get stuck doing multiple jobs and helping those who are lazy. There is no accountability what so ever. Management believes in fear as the motivator, a belief that everyone should cherish and be afraid of loosing their job. Any non-union employees who speaks out in any way, gets terminated very quickly. Going to work here feels like jumping head first into a cesspool. If you are a decent human being and believe in working hard and advancing based on your work merit, this is not the place for you. You will be hated and used by everyone. If you are a sociopathic scumbag who believes in advancement through kowtowing or relying on using someone's effort to get your job done, then this is the place for you. The company's rotten culture and hypocritical beliefs flow straight from the top, hence the relevance of the above proverb.

Pros

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Cons

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
