      Pros

      Great team, friendly and lots of learning opportunities for cross training and advancement. Drivers are some of the friendliest people and always have stories to share. Work was fulfilling and there was plenty to do. Overall, really just going to miss everyone.

      Cons

      There's not much I can really think of other than warehouse pickers having to work long hours with not enough incentive and poor communication between departments

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

      Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
