      Pros

      The pay is better then most of the jobs within 15 miles. The befenifts are amazing and low cost for employees. 401k match is fanominal. Less then 30 employees over all. 1st shift is 5a.-1pm there is a combined shift from 1030 am till 5pm and 2nd shift is 2pm till10pm. Dry food storage is always conditioned thanks to the freezer garage so close. This company provides heavy jacket bib pants boots and gloves. They trainpeople with no experience. Most of the work is on a high reach.

      The freezer is really cold

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

      Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
