      Pros

      The position itself is easy.

      Cons

      First, HR handed us a binder and said here, learn this. we just sat their for 2 hours and did nothing. Second, I had to drive 6 weeks and drove nearly 2000 miles before I was reimbursed for my monthly mileage. which is only around $.15 a mile! I used up so much of my own money before I started getting paid I ended up in debt while working full time.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

      Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

      Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
