Pros

Good insurance. That is it.

Cons

Low pay. No culture. Tiny raises. Fake reviews, No advancement opportunities. Terrible technology, processes, systems and software. No incentives or measurable metrics. Lots of miserable people. More than 50% of revenue comes from distributing to the declining and disgusting tobacco and nicotine products category. Unethical self proclaimed management.

Pros

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Cons

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

Cons

Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
